Add and Manage Program Roles

Resource Role is a user pick list value which identifies the primary responsibility of a Resource on a specific program.

To add a new program role

  1. On the left icon bar, click the Administration icon .
    The Administration page is displayed.

  1. On the top of the Administration page, under Resource, click Program Roles.
    The Program Roles page is displayed.

  1. Click Edit.

  1. Click Add New.
    A new row is displayed below.

  1. Type the name for the new program role.

  1. Click Save.

 

To edit a program role

  1. On the left icon bar, click the Administration icon .
    The Administration page is displayed.

  1. On the top of the Administration page, under Resource, click Program Roles.
    The Program Roles page is displayed.

  1. Click Edit.

  1. Double-click in the required Name field to edit the program role required.

  1. Click Save.

 

To delete a program role

  1. On the left icon bar, click the Administration icon .


    The Administration page is displayed.

  2. On the top of the Administration page, under Resource, click Program Roles.
    The Program Roles page is displayed.

  1. Click the Delete icon in front of the required program role to delete it.

  1. Click Yes to confirm deleting the role.

  1. The role is deleted successfully.
