2020R2.1 Resolved Issues

The 2020 R2.1 version will be deployed on April 6. This minor release addresses a single high-priority item.

ECL-11255: Users linked to multiple environments with restricted access are unable to login

For customers that have multiple environments, for example, a “Sandbox” and a “Production” environment, users can be granted access to each environment individually. Before this fix, if a user was linked to multiple environments but was “inactive” in the primary environment, they would be blocked from accessing all environments. After this fix, logins will work normally and access can be restricted to each environment individually.
