2020R2 Resolved Issues

Below is a summary of the main issues addressed by this release. The 2020R2 version of Eclipse PPM will be deployed to customers on April 4. Individual customer cases will be updated by the support team through the portal. Cases will be closed out with customers upon confirmation that the issue has been resolved to your satisfaction.

ECL-10804 - Project Templates - Mandatory properties should not validated as such when creating/editing a template

The idea of setting a mandatory property on a project template is to force the project creator to enter a value when creating the project, however, when setting the value as "mandatory" we were also applying the rules on creating the project template, which invalidated the entire scenario.

ECL-10868 - Tasks - Assigned By field not set correctly when tasks created outside worksheet

After this fix is deployed, all new tasks will have the correct "Assigned By" user regardless of where they are created from.
