2020R3 Resolved Issues
Below is a summary of the main issues addressed by this release. The 2020R3 version of Eclipse PPM will be deployed to customers on September 26th. Individual customer cases will be updated by the support team through the portal. Cases will be closed out with customers upon confirmation that the issue has been resolved to your satisfaction.
ECL-176 - Dashboards - Panel name disappears when moving to a different column
After this fix, users will have a better experience during those infrequent times when they move panels around a dashboard layout.
ECL-10943 - Upland Project Planner Integration - Add the "Hide Inactive Resources" option to typeaheads
Prior to this fix, the ability to remove inactive resources from the list in larger organizations with potentially 1000's of resources being scheduled, has prevented them from being selected and decreased the likelihood of building out a schedule using the wrong resource.
ECL-11362 - Programs - Dashboards - Users are unable to copy "system" dashboards
Prior to this fix, users were (mistakenly) not allowed to copy system dashboards.
ECL-11418 - Report Templates - Health Indicator images stretch
Prior to this fix, health indicator images were mistakenly stretched in the Excel output of a Report Template.
ECL-11446 - Upland Project Planner Integration - Unable to remove "Task Category" from Task Popup
Prior to this fix, users were unable to clear the "Task Category" field from inside the task popup.
ECL-11447 - UI - Error message is hidden when deleting resource from a project
A fix was made that prevented an error message from appearing when trying to delete a resource that couldn't be deleted due to data constraints.
ECL-11605 - Upland Project Planner Integration - Error when applying system calendar without "Full Control" permission
A fix was made to a problem that occurred when a user without "Full Control" permission attempted to change the work plan calendar.
ECL-11607 - Upland Project Planner Integration - Duration Calculator prematurely closes when entering date after using calculator on another task
A fix was made that would prematurely close the "Duration Calculator" after a single use inside the Upland Project Planner (UPP).
ECL-11609 - Dashboards - Error when displaying Risk & Issue columns and sorting by property or resource role
Prior to this fix, an error was thrown whenever a dashboard panel was configured to show the "Risk" or "Issue" columns, and sorted by a property or resource role.
ECL-11669 - Upland Project Planner Integration - Users receive error opening work plan - "CheckoutTypeid must be equal to 6" role
Prior to this fix, there was an issue that caused an error opening a work plan in the Upland Project Planner (UPP). The error would state: "CheckoutTypeId must be equal to 6" and was caused by an improperly closed session.
