2021R1 Resolved Issues

Below is a summary of the main issues addressed by this release. The 2021R1 version of Eclipse PPM will be deployed to customers on June 19th. Individual customer cases will be updated by the support team through the portal. Cases will be closed out with customers upon confirmation that the issue has been resolved to your satisfaction.

 

Excel Add-In

  • Fixed an issue that prevented report data from refreshing once new time parameters were established. (ECL-11811)

 

Help

  • Fixed an issue that caused certain "Help" links to redirect to the Upland Community instead of the Online Help. (ECL-12195)

 

Kanban Board

  • Fixed an issue that caused the Kanban board to omit assigned Resources in the top bar among both visible and invisible names. (ECL-12139)

  • Fixed multiple issues that stemmed from updating the percent complete of Tasks. (ECL-12138)

 

Projects

  • Fixed an issue that caused a Snapshot to lose its configuration upon refresh. (ECL-11939)

  • Fixed an issue that caused multiple "Line Items" to automatically appear when editing or adding an Expenditure. These "Line Items" required values in order to continue. (ECL-12149)

 

Reports

  • Fixed an issue that mistakenly caused a red bar to be drawn for a Project with a baseline in a Project Portfolio Gantt chart. (ECL-12210)

  • Fixed an issue that caused AdHoc Reports using "Export" and "All" rows to show incorrect results after AdHoc filtering and columns were updated and on-screen data was changed. (ECL-12201)

  • Fixed an issue that caused incorrect data to appear when running a Resource Extract report on a Project. (ECL-12170)

  • Fixed an issue that caused AdHoc reports to display empty cells in "Budget" fields when zeroes should have been displayed. (ECL-12158)

  • Fixed an issue that displayed a "Column number out of bounds" error message when running a report from a Project Portfolio Gantt chart. (ECL-12062)

 

Requests

  • Fixed an issue that mistakenly displayed a Conflict Field Error for too many characters when a user saved a Property name on a Project Template Request form. (ECL-11882).

  • Fixed an issue that caused the number of "Maximum pending project requests (per requester)" to reset from 10 to 1 following a recent Eclipse PPM update. (ECL-11864)

  • Fixed an issue that prevented projects submitted through the Request Form from populating the "Project Requester" role after settings were configured on Request Form setup. (ECL-11847)

 

Search

  • Fixed an issue that prevented any search results from appearing in the results table after users selected "Show all matching projects." (ECL-11870)

 

Tasks

  • Fixed an issue that caused certain Tasks to extend out of the "My Work" section and get cut off. (ECL-12196)

 

Templates

  • Fixed an issue that occurred while creating a new Eclipse Doc Template prevented users from closing out of the "Content" window. (ECL-12178)

 

Timesheets

  • Fixed an issue that caused an incorrect "Bad Request" error message to appear when users would save a Timesheet while impersonating a Resource. (ECL-11947)

  • Fixed an issue that prevented daily cell notes from displaying any related Project, Task, Day of Week, or Hours information when the "View All Notes" option was selected. (ECL-11937)

  • Fixed an issue that prevented Resource Timesheet reports from excluding completed tasks. (ECL-11879)

  • Fixed an issue that prevented assigned and completed tasks from appearing in a report output after no actual time was entered against the tasks. (ECL-11848)

 

Work Plans

  • Fixed an issue that automatically navigated users to the Login page after exiting a Work Plan. (ECL-12142)

  • Fixed an issue that caused a Work Plan to automatically save data after a synchronization with another Work Plan without prompting the user, resulting in lost data. (ECL-11906)

  • Fixed an issue that prevented the user from selecting the OK button after appending a Work Plan from another Project. (ECL-11739)

  • Fixed an issue that navigated users out of the Work Planner tab after selecting "Open Project" from the Task pop-up. (ECL-12089)
