2024R2.3 - Resolved Issues
The 2024R2.3 version of Eclipse PPM will be deployed on Saturday, May 24th, 2025. This minor release will address the following high-priority customer issues. Click on any of the resolved issues below to learn more about them:

A bug erased the Resource effort of both the substitute and original Resources when users performed an substitution on a Project Work Plan. The issue would occur when Replace assignments after a specific date was selected from the "What assignments should we replace?" menu and a date was selected that was prior to the Project's start date.
The expected result of this Advanced Substitution is for the substitute Resource to receive effort from the original Resource. However, this resulted in both Resources receiving zero effort.
This bug has been fixed; substituting Resources prior to the Project start date will no longer erase the effort of both the substitute Resource and the original Resource.

An issue caused users to encounter a "Bad Gateway" error after attempting to refresh the Financial Extract report through the Excel Add-In. The error would prevent the report from successfully refreshing in Microsoft Excel.
A fix for this issue was deployed as part of the 2024R2.2 release, but the problem still persisted under specific conditions.
This issue has been fixed; users can once again refresh the Financial Extract report through the Excel Add-In without receiving an error.

An issue caused incorrect dates to appear as weekend dates in a Work Plan's Detailed Time window. When users navigated to certain dates using the green slider, the gray blocks that indicated weekends would fall on the wrong dates.
Example: The weekend falls on Saturday, February 22nd and Sunday, February 23rd. However, this Detailed Time window has Friday, February 1st grayed out and Sunday, February 23rd available.
This issue would only occur when the green slider was used; manually navigating to the dates did not result in an error.
This issue has been resolved; users can once again use the green slider on the Detailed Time window without mixing up the weekend dates.

A bug prevented users from uploading images in a JPEG or JPG format file into Eclipse PPM. When users uploaded an image in one of these file formats, an "Invalid" label appeared to indicate that the file was not acceptable for upload.
Both of these file formats are expected to be accepted by Eclipse PPM during document upload.
This bug has been fixed; users can once again upload JPEG and JPG images into Eclipse PPM without error.
