Financial Plan Overview
Financial data is organized into plans and there may be one or more plans tied to a project. Financial data consists of four major types: Budget, Funding, Benefits and Expenditures. Budget data is sub-divided into Capital and Operating, Benefits - into Planned and Realized, Expenditures - into Committed and Actual with further subdivision. Budget, Funding and Planned Benefits are plan-specific while Expenditures and Realized Benefits are project-wide and apply to all plans under that project. The presence of each data type in financial plans is controlled by project configuration.
