Project Evaluation Overview

Project Evaluation consists of 5 individual sections that can be enabled to identify project alignment, objective alignment while assigning evaluation, prioritization & risk scores.

Evaluation Panels

  • Organizational Alignment: Allows to specify which organizations have requested or will benefit from the project.
  • Objective Alignment: Allows to pick certain objectives that will benefit from the project for further project analysis.
  • Portfolio Evaluation: Enables you to score projects against multiple criteria to facilitate portfolio selection practices such as accepting or rejecting a project request. Based on the Project Template used to create the project, one or many project evaluation criteria may have been added to the Portfolio Evaluation table.
  • Risk Scoring: Enables you to score projects against multiple criteria which represent common sources of risk on groups of like projects. Based on the Project Template used to create the project, one or many risk criteria may have been added to the Risk Scoring table.
  • Portfolio Prioritization: Enables you to score projects against multiple criteria to facilitate a consistent, objective approach to portfolio prioritization. Based on the Project Template used to create the project, one or many prioritization criteria may have been added to the Portfolio Prioritization table.

Note: The sections included for evaluation on any project are originally defined by the Project Template used to create the project, but can also be modified by selecting Configuration.
