Manage Project Reports

Eclipse PPM provides a number of options to meet your reporting needs. These range from structured native reports to data extracts for further manipulation and formatting in Microsoft Excel.

To run a project report

  1. On the left icon bar, on the Home page, click the Search icon.
    An icon sub-menu is displayed.
  2. Click Projects.
    The Projects page is displayed.

  1. Click the project required.
    The Project Home page is displayed.
  2. Click the Reports icon .
    A drop-down menu is displayed.

  1. Under Reports, select the report type required.
    A pop-up dialog box is displayed.

Note: The fields on the pop-up dialog box differ according to the type of report selected.

  1. Edit the fields on the dialog box as required and click Run.
    The report is downloaded to your machine.

 

To run a project report template

  1. On the left icon bar, on the Home page, click the Search icon.
    An icon sub-menu is displayed.
  2. Click Projects.
    The Projects page is displayed.

  1. Click the Project required.
    The Project Home page is displayed.
  2. Click the Reports icon .
    A drop-down menu is displayed.
  3. Under Report Templates, select the report type required.
    The report is downloaded to your machine.
