Project Settings - File Tracking Tab
Enable File Tracking: Allows users to perform file tracking related functions. Users can perform check-in or check-out operations and request for a file.
FileRoom Email: Allows users to specify the email address of a file room.
Enable Box Tracking: Allows users to track the box a file originally belonged to while performing file check-in or check-out functionality. It also enables the Box Search sub-menu on the Search page.
Track CAR Data: Allows users to view the details of micro films and microfiche data, such as roll number or frame number, on the CAR tab of the File Detail page.
Make Box Mandatory: Makes it mandatory for a user to assign a box number when creating a new file.
Remember Box after Checkin: Makes the system remember what box a file was originally checked out to, when performing check-in and check-out operations. This helps to put a file into the box it originally belongs to when the file is checked in.
