System Errors

The System Errors page gives Administrators information about the errors encountered by FileBound. You can search for an error based on the ID, the date range during which the error occurred, or the error message.

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Administration, then click System Errors.
  2. Specify one or more of the following:

    • An ID in the Error ID box.
    • A date range during which the errors occurred using the Date Range boxes.
    • Error message text in the Message box.
  3. Click Search.

System Errors columns

Column Name Description
Error ID A unique number associated with the error.
Date The date the error occurred.
Message The error message.
Host Name The host name of the site.
User Name The name of the user that was logged in when the error occurred.
