Specify the users that will be available in a User Pick list

You must specify pick list users on the connection that is leading to a step that has a runtime pick list selected for the user on the Assign to User tab.

1. To access connection properties, in the Diagram pane of the Workflow Designer, perform one of the following:

   • Double-click a connection.
   • Right-click a connection and select Properties.
   • Select a connection and press the F4 keyboard shortcut.

2. Select Pick single user and continue to next step or Pick multiple users and continue to next step from the Action list.

   

3. Click Select users to be available within the pick list.

   

4. Click Add below the Allowed Users or Allowed Groups sections.

   

5. Select the users or groups you want to make available in the User Pick List, then click OK.

Note: When a pick list is tied to a group, the group and all individual group members will be available in the pick list.
