Picture stencils can be used to add pictures to workflow processes in the Process Designer. These stencils are used to provide visual organization in the Diagram pane and do not have any function in a published workflow process.
In the Process Designer, click the Picture stencil and move it to the desired location in the Diagram pane using a drag-and-drop operation.
Configuration
1. To access stencil properties, in the Diagram pane of the Workflow Designer, perform one of the following:
- Double-click a Picture stencil.
- Right-click a Picture stencil and select Properties.
- Select a Picture stencil and press the F4 keyboard shortcut.
2. Specify a Fill Color, Border Color, picture Opacity, and Border Thickness.
3. Click Browse.
4. In the Open dialog box, select the image you want to use, then click Open.
5. Select the Lock picture in place check box to lock the image in its current position.
6. Click OK.
