Sticky Notes stencils can be used to add notes to workflow processes in the Process Designer. These stencils are used to provide visual organization in the Diagram pane and do not have any function in a published workflow process.
1. In the Process Designer, click the Sticky Note stencil and move it to the desired location in the Diagram pane using a drag-and-drop operation.
2. Click in the Sticky Note stencil and type the note that you want to add.
