The File Activity Report shows the type of activity performed by users on files within a specified date range. This is a project dependent report and displays the activity for the selected project only.

On the Navigation menu, click Reports, then click Audit Reports.

Select File Activity Report from the Report list..

Select a project from the Project list.

Specify index field values to include in the report.

Select a user from the User list or select All Users to see information from all the users.

Specify a date range using the Date Range boxes.

Click Submit.
File Activity Report columns
| Column Name | Description |

| Project Name | The name of the project. |
| File ID | A unique number associated with the file. |
| Vendor ID | **This is an index field unique to the project** |
| Action | The action performed on the file. |
| Action Date | The date that the action was performed. |
| User | The user who performed the action on the file. |
