Import documents into the Windows Viewer

You can import one or more documents that are saved on your machine or other network drive into the Windows Viewer.

Note: The maximum supported image dimensions for grayscale images are 2550 x 3300 pixels. For colored images, due to increase in dpi, this dimensional range may be reduced.

1. In the File Toolbar, click Import Documents.

   

2. In the Select Document(s) to Import dialog box, select the document(s) you want to import, then click Open.

3. In the Document Properties dialog box, select a separator (if enabled for the project) and divider to store the scanned documents in.

4. Specify an Original Date if other than today's date.

5. Click OK.
