Docusign Send On Behalf Of (SOBO) functionality has been deprecated. JSON Web Token (JWT) Grant authentication is now being used. If you use Docusign, you will need to create an organization and claim a domain in Docusign and then reconfigure your DocusignOAuth integration in FileBound. See Docusign integration for more information. It may take up to 72 hours for DNS changes to update, so please plan accordingly.
