Capture is a standalone program that can be used to scan and import pages into a FileBound project. You can even scan or import pages while you are offline, without actually logging on to a FileBound server. Once in Capture, pages can be uploaded to the selected project on the FileBound server. Templates and barcodes can be used during the scanning or importing processes to speed up and automate the document recognition and classification process. Capture provides an error log and a verbose activity log to keep track of the tasks performed and any errors that might occur.
Capture also provides the ability to create archives from these scanned pages or import previously created archives.
