View search results

When using Advanced Search, you can view files on the Connect Index Panel, or in a viewer. You are also able to quickly open the File Details page in FileBound.

In the Search Results section, right-click a file, then click Open on Index Screen.

In the Search Results section, click View next to the file you want to open in the viewer.

The file opens in the viewer that is specified as the Default Viewer on the User Preferences page in FileBound. See the FileBound online help for more information about using the Windows and Web Viewers.

View file details

When you open the File Details page from Connect, you are redirected to the File Details page on the FileBound site.

Note: This option will only be available if a System Administrator has enabled the File Details page for your FileBound site.

In the Search Results section, right-click a file, then click Open File Details Page.
