Support Information
Note: This page is not applicable to Service Cloud Voice.
The Support Information page in Client Settings allows you to add contact information for your organization's administration team trained on InGenius. The information appears in the InGenius UI to provide users with a point of contact for your support team.

Information added to the Support Information section appears in the InGenius application, located in Settings > Support. If users experience an issue with the InGenius application, they can refer to the support information for issue resolution.
Support information includes:
- Support phone number
- Support person name
- Support email
- Support URL (link to your organization's support web page)
- An optional help link URL (replaces the default link to the InGenius User Guide)
