View form types
A form type is a complete extraction model, which includes both classification and extraction. Form types are generally associated with a particular document type.
To view a list of form types that have been trained for a particular automated learning step, open properties for that step.
-
Perform one of the following:
-
Right-click anywhere in the step row or click the three dots next to the step you want to view properties for, then select Properties from the drop-down menu.
-
Or, click the name of the step you want to view properties for.
-
Delete a form type
If you move a document through the workflow and have indexed it incorrectly, it may mess up your extraction model. In this case, you will want to delete a form type. The form type is deleted from the step and will have to be trained again.
-
Perform one of the following:
-
Right-click anywhere in the step row or click the three dots next to the step you want to delete a form type for, then select Properties from the drop-down menu.

Right-click anywhere in the form type row or click the three dots next to the form type you want to delete, then select Delete from the drop-down menu.
