Routing Sheet stencil

The Routing Sheet stencil is used to process an existing routing sheet. The routing sheet must be the first or last page in a stack of documents in order for it to be processed correctly. The routing sheet will always be removed once it has been processed.

Available connections

There are two outgoing connections from a Routing Sheet stencil: green if the routing sheet was processed successfully and red if the routing sheet failed to process. A routing sheet will fail processing for the following reasons:

• The routing sheet is not found.
• The routing sheet is in the middle of the stack of documents.
• The routing sheet refers to a workflow or user that is not on the same tenant.
• The routing sheet refers to a workflow or user that no longer exists.

Configuration

There is no configuration necessary for a Routing Sheet stencil.
