Summarize stencil

The Summarize stencil uses generative AI to develop a summary of a document and map the result to a data field.

Note: Each document that is processed through this workflow stencil will decrement your page count license by the number of pages displayed.

Available connections

There are two outgoing connections from a Summarize stencil: green if the summarization was successful and red if the summarization failed.

Configuration

1. To access stencil properties, double-click a Summarize stencil. Or, right-click a Summarize stencil and select Properties.
2. Select the data field to map the summary to from the Summary Data Field drop-down list.

3. Specify the approximate word count for the summary text in the Approximate word count box.

   

4. Click Save.
