Kapost AI

Admins can enable or disable the AI plug-in from the Settings page to generate AI-powered content within HTML body types.

Note: To get the Kapost Gen AI feature, please reach out to the CSMs.

To enable AI generation feature, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Settings > Kapost AI from the left navigation panel.

   

2. Select the Enable Gen AI Content Suggestions for Content HTML Body Types checkbox to access the consent form.

   

3. Fill out the required details in the form, including your signature in the designated box.

4. Click Clear to remove your signature.

5. Click Undo to erase the previous action. You can press Undo multiple times to remove multiple actions.

6. Click Save Changes to save the form.

Once the form is saved, your details will be displayed on the screen whenever you access this setting. If you disable the checkbox and save the form, you will need to refill the form and provide your signature again when re-enabling the feature.

Caution: This feature cannot be enabled in the instance without completing and signing the consent form.
