Gallery Collection Publish Permissions

Publish Permissions allow admins/editors to determine which users, groups, or roles have access to publish content within a Gallery Collection. Publish Permissions can be set for each collection within your instance.

Add Content to a Collection

To add content to a collection:

Note: Only Admins can provide Publish Permissions.

1. Within a content asset, scroll down and click + to expand Gallery section.

2. Click + Add to Gallery > Add to Collection.

3. Select the collection(s) and click Add.

   

4. Collections are displayed based on the user's publish permissions. If no collections are displayed, contact your admin to request publish permission.

   

   Note:

   • If you do not have publish permissions, the content will be reviewed before it is added to a Collection.

   • Users can only view those collections to which they have publish permissions or to those collections that do not have publish permissions enabled by the admin.

   • Contributors cannot remove content from a Collection if they do not have Publish Permissions.
