Supported File Types
All of the file types listed on this page can be uploaded to Kapost and downloaded by users. The following tables outline which uploaded file types are viewable and playable in Kapost, and which are only available for download by end users.
Viewable and playable file types
In the following table, file types shown in bold can be accessed in their original format in Kapost. All other file types in the table below are converted to PDF for viewing in Kapost. These files can be downloaded by users in their original format.

Additional Notes:
- There is a file size limit of 5GB for individual files that are uploaded to Kapost. For best user experience, we recommend a maximum size of 2GB.

Only files that are less than 50MB will be indexed and searchable. All files may not be indexed depending on the file size and format.
- The above supported file types applies to uploading files to content bodies, as attachments and for custom fields.
