Ideas Loop for a Non-Licensed Collaborator

Overview

A non-licensed collaborator (source user) can submit an idea using crowdsourcing form. When an idea is submitted, the non-licensed collaborator will receive an email from Kapost with a link to view their submitted idea.

The Ideas loop allows you to be @mentioned and @mention licensed users within comments, receive email notification of being mentioned and respond in comments via the link from within the @mention email.

Non-licensed collaborators can do the following:

  • View and edit the submitted idea and custom fields

  • Be @mentioned within comments and @mention licensed users.

  • Add comments and respond to the comments

  • Add attachments

Note: A non-licensed collaborator can ONLY view and edit their submitted ideas.
