Configuring a vanity short domain

Mobile Commons creates shortened URLs that allow users to automatically track all clicks. These short domains can be used without any configuration and are available to all users. However, many organizations prefer to get their own vanity short URL.

To configure your vanity short domain and add it to Mobile Commons:

1. Purchase a short domain from your registrar.

2. Work with your IT department to set up a DNS CNAME record to point to lil.ms.

   If needed or required, the host name should be "www" or "www." The TTL can be set to 3600. If it asks for a "value," that likely should be "lil.ms."

3. Contact Technical Support or your customer success manager to add the new short domain to your company account.
