FAQ-1057: Do Not Send Fonts to Distiller

Description

When selecting a Word file, I get the following message: When you create a PostScript file you have to send the host fonts. Please go to the printer properties, "Adobe PDF Settings" page and turn OFF the option "Do not send fonts to Distiller".

The Solution

Go to Start->Printers and Faxes on your system.



Select the Adobe PDF driver and go to its properties



Select the Printing Preferences button.



Uncheck the Do not send fonts to Distiller option and press OK.

Now you can load the Word document into PrintShop Mail.
