You can define pantone colors in PrintShop Mail if you have loaded a plugin for the colorpicker on your system which supports pantone colors.
For example: ColorWeb Pro from Pantone. ColorWeb Pro contains two Apple system-level color pickers:
(1) the PANTONE Internet Color System (PICS) - 216 Internet-safe colors that will not dither on 8-bit (256 color) monitors regardless of the operating system or browser used.
(2) the PANTONE Digital Color System- 1,012 PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM Colors - the worldwide standard for color reproduction and communication.
