context

In a Control Script, the context object represents the Print context.

Field Type Description
sections Array

Array of sections (see section) in the Print context.

Note:
Alternatively, use the template object to access the Print context: merge.template.contexts.PRINT.sections['Section X'].
type ContextType

The context type: PRINT.

Function Description
query(selector)

Runs a query across all sections in the Print context. This function is only available in Post Pagination Scripts, which are only applied to the Print context. See Post Pagination Scripts.

Example

This script includes and excludes certain Print sections from the output.
