Summary:

- Metadata does not contain a valid Job Item Collection

Problem description:

The metadata provided to the plugin did not contain the proper nodes

Cause:

The Job node must have a Job ID property, the group nodes must have a DataSetID property and all document nodes must have a DataItemID property

Suggested solution(s):

The ActionCreateJob plugin must be run before the ActionCreateOutput plugin
