Proof Preview

This screen displays how the print output would look based upon current selections. It can be used to hone the printing settings until they are correct.

The options that allow control of the Preview box, are as follows:

• First Page: Click to jump to the first page.

• Previous Page: Click to move to the previous page.

• Next Page: Click to move to the next page.

• Last Page: Click to jump to the last page.

• Zoom Level: Use the drop-down to select a predefined level or enter a zooming percentage.

• Zoom in/out: Click to zoom in or out by 25%

• Records: Select how many documents to look at. This could be a range (1-10), or specified page(s), separated by commas. For example 2,5,15-20 would display pages 2, 5, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20.
  To apply a new range, enter the page(s) and press the Enter key. The preview will then be generated.
