OL Connect User Options

These options control some of the features in the OL Connect Tasks. This is valid both for PlanetPress® Connect and PReS® Connect.

OL Connect User Options are not applied immediately. In order for these changes to be applied, the Workflow Configuration must be submitted to the Workflow Service. Otherwise, these options will not be accounted for in Debug mode.

The available OL Connect user options define the default behaviour of OL Connect tasks' OL Connect Proxy tab. These values are used unless they are overwritten in a task's properties:

Server Connect Settings: Defines
- Connect Proxy Address: Enter the machine name or IP Address where the OL Connect Server resides.
- Port: Enter the port to use to communicate with the OL Connect Server. Default: 9340
- Username: Enter the username expected by the OL Connect Server.
- Password: Enter the password expected by the OL Connect Server for the above username.
Email Creation Settings:
- Mail Host: Enter the default SMTP Server host or IP Address.
- Sender address: Enter the default email address used as the sender (FROM) address.
- Username: Enter the default username for the SMTP Server if it requires it.
- Password: Enter the password for the above username.
