Dynamic Finishing Editor Dialog
The Dynamic Finishing Editor dialog allows you prepare a Rule for the associated Finishing group in the Dynamic PPD Options page of the Printer Wizard.
The Dynamic Finishing Editor dialog can be broken up as follows:

Rule name edit box: The Finishing Rule in the Dynamic PPD Options page will be updated with the choice made here, once this dialog is completed.
The Rule name is a mandatory field, but any existing Rule name need not be updated. -
Binding properties: This grouping contains all the standard industry Binding properties that can be set. The options available are dynamic and are dependent largely upon the Style selection.
The options include:-
Style drop down list box: Select the Binding Style to apply here. This selection determines what other properties will then be available for selection.

Side drop down list box: Select the stationery side where the Binding will be applied.

Location drop down list box: Select the stationery location where the Binding will be applied.
This option will only be available for Default, Stapled and Stitched Binding Styles. -
Angle drop down list box: Select the Angle at which the Binding should be applied.
This option will only be available for Default, Stapled and Stitched Binding Styles. -
Item Count selection: This option will only be available for Default, Stapled and Stitched Binding Styles.
Choose between Default or Count.-
If Count were chosen, select the appropriate Count in the associated spin box.

Area edit box: Select the Area size the Binding is to apply to. There are no predetermined options or restrictions for this value, so you will need to know the capabilities of the printer in order to set this accurately.

Hole making properties: This grouping is only valid for the following Binding Types. Ring, Wired Comb, Plastic Comb and Coil.
The options available are:-
Number of Holes drop down list box: Select a specific number of holes, or leave as Default.

Pattern Catalog ID drop down list box: Select the Pattern Catalog ID type to be applied, associated with the Number of Holes.
This entry does not apply if the Default Number of Holes were chosen.
