The latest version of PrintShop Mail is currently 7.1. This documentation was updated on 2011-03-29 and covers the changes made in this version. If you are still using an older version of PrintShop Mail, you can access its documentation by using the Version: menu at the top-right corner of this screen.

If you wish to upgrade to PrintShop Mail7.1, you can do so via the Upgrade Request page. Note that in order to upgrade, you will need a valid OL Care contract as of 2010-09.

PrintShop Mail Web Settings

Use the settings bellow to fill in the URL and the login account for your company Web Server. See Publishing Documents, for more information about creating and publishing PrintShop Mail documents to PrintShop Web.

The PrintShop Mail Web Settings section applies to your whole PrintShop Mail Design software, not just to this document. When changing these options, they will remain the same between all your documents and templates.

To specify PrintShop Web Preference settings

 
  1. From the Edit menu (CTRL+K), select Preferences.
  2. In the left pane, click the PrintShop Mail Web icon.

About PrintShop Web preferences

Set this option... To do this...
Server address (URL) Specify the company Web Server.

Login (Username and Password)

Specify the username and password assigned by the administrator to log in the company Web Server. If you do not have an account, please contact your Web server's administrator.

Test Connection... To establish a connection with the publication server.
Also publish database To add the opened database to the published document.
