Logging in to PostUp

To log into PostUp you need to use the user credentials supplied by either your PostUp Account Manager or a local PostUp Administrator.

The PostUp Homepage appears.

If you repeatedly enter incorrect username or password, you will get a warning before your last attempt. After that, your account gets locked for both PostUp and PostUp Admin URL.

To unlock your account, you can:

  • Reset your password

  • Get the account unlocked by your administrator

  • Wait till your lockout period is over, and then try logging in again.

The lockout period is set to 30 minutes by default. To know the lockout period for your account, contact your administrator.

Resetting Password

In case you forget your password, or you are locked out of your account, you can recover it through the PostUp login page.

On the login page, click Password help, enter the email address used for creating the account, and click Submit.

You will receive an email a password reset link, which is active for 24 hours, can be used to enter a new password.

For best practices we suggest that the password must:

  • Be at least 9 characters long.
  • Contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase character.
  • Contain a number
  • Contain a special character
  • Not contain your username as a sub-string.
  • Not be same as your previous password.

Note: It is recommended to use a strong password for security purposes. Your new password may be rejected, if you use an insecure string such as your username, surname, or any common password combination.

Troubleshooting
