Submit a Help Desk Request to the Administrator

If you are experiencing a problem in PowerSteering, you can submit a help desk request to your Administrator.

1. Click Submit Help Desk Request

  • Open the Profile Menu, then click Submit Help Desk Request.

Note: The PowerSteering Help menu is configurable by organization so the listing shown here may be different than the one displayed on your page.

2. Click Submit

  1. In the Recipient drop-down box, select a recipient for your help desk request.
  2. Enter your e-mail address in the Your e-mail address field.
  3. In the Question: field, type the body of your message.
  4. Click Submit.

3. View Confirmation Message

  • View confirmation message that your help desk request has been sent.
