Submit a Help Desk Request to the Administrator
If you are experiencing a problem in PowerSteering, you can submit a help desk request to your Administrator.
1. Click Submit Help Desk Request
- Open the Profile Menu, then click Submit Help Desk Request.
Note: The PowerSteering Help menu is configurable by organization so the listing shown here may be different than the one displayed on your page.
2. Click Submit
- In the Recipient drop-down box, select a recipient for your help desk request.
- Enter your e-mail address in the Your e-mail address field.
- In the Question: field, type the body of your message.
- Click Submit.
3. View Confirmation Message
- View confirmation message that your help desk request has been sent.
