Support information has been provided below to simplify the process should you need assistance. PowerSteering Application Support is available for organization administrators only; they are unable to provide assistance to the end-user.

End-users are requested to visit the Upland Community. The Upland Community is designed to provide end-users with a self-service support option. They can get information from the Knowledge Base or turn to the forums for answers.

Upland Community

The Upland Community offers multiple resources to help you find the information you need, including:

  • Product Info, News & Events: View product data sheets, white papers, customer success stories and general product information.
  • Notifications: Sign up to receive proactive alerts regarding issues impacting the PowerSteering cloud environment.
  • Forums: Post and reply to discussions on PowerSteering topics with PowerSteering and other PowerSteering customers.
  • Knowledge Base: Articles on how to solve common problems from configuration to troubleshooting issues.
  • Known Issues: View current known issues.
  • Release Information: Get product release notes and release timelines.

The PowerSteering Application Support team is dedicated to helping our customers succeed with their use of our products by providing timely resolutions to customer issues and questions that are impeding their use of PowerSteering products.

Contact PowerSteering Application Support

When contacting PowerSteering Technical Support, you will need to provide your name, contact information, company account name, and as much technical detail that you can provide to clearly describe your question or issue. Attachments can be included when using the Community or email to request assistance.

Support Hours

Standard support hours are 4:00 AM to 8:00 PM (US Eastern Time), Monday-Friday.

Note: If you are having issues accessing your PowerSteering outside of support hours, please call the phone number above. Email and web communications are monitored during support hours only.

Tip: If you are experiencing a problem with PowerSteering, check the online help article of the PowerSteering page that is causing a problem. There may be a Known Issue that contains a temporary workaround that will allow you to overcome the problem. Alternatively, see General Known Issues if the problem is not specific to one area of PowerSteering.
