View Details of an Agent Task

An agent's task refers to the part of the agent that runs and carries out an operation. While the majority of agents only have one task, some agents have multiple. Administrators can check (and edit) an agent task's details at any time.

 

To view an agent task's details:

Before You Start: Only PowerSteering administrators can interact with PowerSteering agents.

  1. Select Admin Configuration Agents from the Navigation Menu.

  2. Select the name of the agent you would like to view.

  3. Select one of the agent's tasks.

    Note: This is only necessary if the agent has multiple tasks. For the majority of agents, you can skip this step.

  4. Review the task details.

From here, administrators can review all of the agent task's details, including its schedule, parameters, and a log of its run times.

Tip: This page also allows administrators to edit the agent task's details.
