Add a Custom Set

Once the permission categories are set, Administrators can match those categories to groups or individuals using a custom set on the Defaults page of PowerSteering. Unlike assigning a category to a role that is work specific, assigning a category to a custom set provides permissions to any work that a group or individual has access to. Administrators can add new custom sets at any time.

1. Click Defaults

  1. On the Icon Bar click the Admin button.
  2. Click Permissions to expand the menu, then click Defaults.

2. Click Add Role

  • Click Add role.

3. Select Group/Users

Select Group/Users

  1. Search for and select groups and/or users to add as custom sets.
  2. Click Save.

4. Click Save

Click Save

  • Click Save.

5. View Custom Set

View Custom Set

  • View newly created custom set.
