Create a Discussion
A discussion is a message that is visible to other users within a project that view the discussions list. All discussions are viewed as threaded conversations and can be escalated into issues at any point.
1. Click Discussions
- On the Icon Bar, click the Project button, then click Discussions.
Note: Clicking the Project button on the Icon Bar will take you directly to the summary page of the last work you visited.
2. Click New Discussion
- Click New Discussion.
3. Enter Discussion Details
- Click Subject, type a subject for your discussion.
- Click Add Document to attach relevant documents to the discussion (optional).
- Click Message, type the body of your discussion.
- Click Submit.
4. View Discussion
- View newly created discussion.
Note: When a discussion has been created, users within the project will receive an alert in their PowerSteering Inbox. See View a Discussion in the Inbox for more information.
