Change Program Membership from the Summary Page

You can add and/or remove items from a program either in the Program Console or from the Summary page of the program.

1. Click Change Program Membership

  1. On the Icon Bar, click the Project button.
  2. Click More to expand the menu, then click Change Program Membership.

Note: Clicking the Project button on the Icon Bar will take you directly to the summary page of the last work you visited.

2. Add Work to Program

  • Click the down arrow.

2.1 Choose Work to Add to the Program

  1.    In the Add to this program dialog box, locate the work item you want to add to the program by using the Work Tree or searching on the Search tab and click on it to add it to the New Added section (you can add multiple work items to a program at one time).
  2.    Click Save.

  • Click Save.

3. Remove Work from Program

  1. Click the Delete button next to the item(s) you want to remove from the program.
  2. Click Save.

4. View Summary Page

View Summary Page

  • View the program's Summary page. The selected work does not appear in the Descendants section of the Summary page because the Descendants section is reserved for items that are direct children or descendants of the parent.
