2025R1.2 - Resolved Issues
Below is a summary of the main issues addressed by this release. Individual customer cases will be updated by the Support team through the portal. Cases will be closed out with customers upon confirmation that the issue has been resolved to your satisfaction.
Note: This page may be updated as new information becomes available.
The resolved issues in this release fall under the following categories:
Agents
An error occurred when users ran the Tag Dependency Importer Agent in PowerSteering. This error would log a "RETURN-FAIL" return code and prevent the user from accessing the Tag Dependencies page.
An investigation found that the error occurred due to a bug in the agent's logic while attempting to identify an incorrect user.
This bug has been resolved; the "RETURN-FAIL" error will no longer occur when the Tag Dependency Importer Agent runs.
Dashboards
A bug prevented User Groups from editing Tags from PowerSteering Dashboards. Users with the appropriate permissions found themselves unable to edit any Tag values from the Dashboard; instead, they were forced to visit the Summary pages of each work item in order to edit them.
This bug has been fixed; users can once again edit Tag values from Dashboards.
Reporting
A bug prevented certain Data Extracts from running. Users would receive emails indicating that their Data Extracts had failed.
An investigation found that the root cause of the failure was an error during SFTP transfer.
This bug has been fixed; Data Extracts are once again expected to run successfully.
Resource Review
A bug prevented certain Resource Review Layouts from displaying expected work items under specific Resources. When these Resources were expanded, the work item could not be found even though it was displayed under other Resources in the layout. The work items were not omitted by any of the Resource Review filters.
An investigation found that this bug originated from assigning Resources from the Resource Review page instead of Project Central. This led to the Resource Review page failing to log and display the proper work items.
This bug has been fixed; all expected work items will once again be displayed under Resources on the Resource Review page.
Workload
An issue prevented a user's Workload page from displaying the same FTE values as the Resource Review page for identical time periods.
An investigation found that this issue occurred due to decimal rounding. The Resource Review page rounded its displayed FTE values to the nearest whole number while the Workload page ignored the decimals and just displayed the whole numbers that preceded them. This caused values to be different on both pages when the FTE percentage was expected to be rounded up.
This issue has been resolved; FTE values on the Workload page will now be rounded to the closest whole number.
