Financial Planner

TE-6968 Budget and FP issue

Fixed an issue with the Financial Planner where the Recognizable Amount shown under the Grand Total was not matching the Billable Budget value, found under the Budget tab, even though the Revenue Forecast Method is set as POC and the project has no recognized revenue. The applied resolution ensures that the values properly match.

TE-7111 Financial planner calendar - date format

Fixed an issue with the Financial Calendar (Setup > Financial > System > Calendars) wherein importing a calendar was only possible if the date setting, for Start and End Date, was the same as the system date setting. The applied resolution allows for successful importing of a calendar with no required dependency on the date format matching the system regional date setting.

TE-6137 Date format incorrect when export to EXCEL from FP

Fixed an issue with the Financial Planner wherein upon exporting to excel, the spreadsheet was showing a date format that incorrectly corresponded with what was actually displaying on the Financial Planner.

TE-6437 Master collapse doesn't work in the forecast override template

Fixed an issue with the Financial Planner the Collapse capability for the template categories and items, on the Override Template & Forecast Settings page (Setup > Work > Projects > Project Edit > Financial Planner), was not functioning at all.

Timesheet

TE-6586 Notification Sent to the Timesheet Owner for Approval of their Non working Hours

Fixed an issue with Timesheet wherein notifications for a project manager's non-working hour entries were inadvertently being sent to him and not to his approval manager. The applied resolution now has the notification for timesheet non-working hour entries properly sent the approval manager.

2.2 TE-4286 Time Approval Status Dialog - Unable to Scroll Down

Fixed an issue with Timesheet Manager wherein there was no ability to scroll down the Timesheet Approval Status dialog box, which displays upon hovering over a timesheet status. The applied resolution allows scrolling down the dialog box whether using the IE or Chrome browser.

TE-8168 Timesheet list Failing to load All timesheets in list after closing a timesheet

Fixed an issue with Timesheet Manager wherein the timesheets are improperly reloading after having opened and closed a timesheet that was selected from a complete list of timesheets seen with "View all pages" setting. After closing a timesheet, the list would revert back to the top of the list and not all the timesheets would redisplay as initially set, causing one to lose track of the last timesheet they've reviewed.

TCU-479 Timesheet Manager 'Search by' incorrectly includes the Resource Group option

Fixed an issue with the Timesheet Manager wherein the Search by criteria list included the Resource Group option, which incorrectly reflects the fact that the environment does not have the Resource Management module enabled.

TE-7840 Confirmation message containing errors

Fixed an issue with Timesheet wherein attempting to recall a partially approved timesheet triggered a confirmation dialog box which contained text errors. The applied resolution has the confirmation dialog box displaying corrected message.

Reports

TE-6302 Date Parameters are decremented

Fixed an issue with Reports wherein after running a custom or out-of-box report, navigating elsewhere in the application, then returning to the same report resulted in the date parameters for the report were decrementing.

TE-8842 Error when selecting already existing project in report parameter

Fixed an issue with Reports wherein upon attempting to make selections for the Project parameter triggered an error message. This was due to the projects that were chosen to be added were already existing selections.

TE-8434 Selected Users list not updated correctly

Fixed an issue with Reports wherein attempting to change the selected Users parameter by clearing out the initially selected Users and selecting specific ones was resulting in the incorrect update of the parameter.

TE-7720 Report not returning Values for suspended users

Fixed an issue with Reports wherein returned values, for a generated reporting, was excluding entries that were made by a suspended user.

Financial

TE-6333 'Invalid use of Null' when creating a new payable batch

Fixed an issue with Payable Batches wherein an error was triggering upon attempting to create a new payable batch.

TE-7022 after posting an invoice "Payment link" does not function, Until invoice page is closed and re-opened again

Fixed an issue within Invoice wherein attempting to access the Payment page was rendered non-functioning, even after having posted the invoice, until only after closing and re-opening the invoice.

TE-5795 Wrong date format is shown on invoice templates

Fixed an issue within Invoice wherein upon having created an invoice and then proceeding to preview it showed the date format on the invoice preview to be inconsistent with that configured in the Regional Settings.

TE-6156 PDF file attached in Invoice email is wider than that generated from Report Preview

Fixed an issue with Invoice wherein the preview and email versions of the Invoice have an extra space to the right and bottom side, therefore unable to print under the portrait format.

TE-7663 Unable to set a default Payment Term when there is no existing Default Payment Term

Fixed an issue with Payment Terms (Setup > Financial > System > Payment Terms) wherein attempting to set a Payment Term as default generated an error.

Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

TE-9188 Right-click->Paste in Project search field doesn't return expected results

Fixed an issue with Project wherein performing a search for a project, the Projects list page, by copying and pasting the value into the For field for the corresponding criterion, was resulting in incorrectly generating the complete list of projects.

TE-8128 Currency format in Milestone Billing inconsistent with Regional Settings

Fixed an issue within Projects wherein the currency format displaying under the Milestone Billing tab (Setup > Work > Projects > Project Edit > Billing tab) was inconsistent with the format configured under Regional Settings.

TE-8040 Error when editing a project

Fixed an issue with Projects wherein an error was generating upon attempting to modify the Portfolio selection.

TE-7402 Task ID Sorting not working properly

Fixed an issue with Tasks wherein attempting to sort a filtered list by the Task ID was not working properly.

TE-8578 Project workflow notification - Recipient

Fixed an issue with Project Workflow wherein changing the notification recipient for a State or Transition was not saving properly as the recipient would revert back to the previously selected recipient

Resource Management

TE-7680 Chrome: Booking hours are not saved when clicking the mouse at any place except the work plan cells while using Find Matches

Fixed an issue with the Work Plan (Setup > Work > Projects > Project Edit) wherein modifying the allocation cell under the Split View part of the page (Find Matches) was not saving successfully when clicking the mouse outside of the cell.

Work Processes

TCU-468 Work Process action options do not display as links

Fixed an issue with Work Processes wherein the action options were displaying in a list box for selection, as opposed to links as originally configured.

TE-7595 Incorrect e-mail format

Fixed an issue within Work Processes wherein the format of the email that was sent through a process was incorrect.

TE-7159 User Calendar Still maintaining the Non-Working time even after Approved Leave Request dates were Updated

Fixed an issue with Leave Requests wherein the User Calendar was still reflecting the Non-Working time entries for the original leave request dates even after those dates were changed and approved.

Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS)

TE-8171 UDF Changes are not Saving

Fixed an issue with User Defined Fields (UDFs) on the User Profile (Setup > Organization > Users > User Edit) wherein attempting to edit an existing entry for a UDF was not successfully saving.

TE-6376 Dashboard Tenrox Report webpart height is incorrect

Fixed an issue with Dashboards (Setup > Organization > System > Dashboard Setup) wherein opting to have an .rdlc report display through the dashboard within a single zone layout was not complying with the selected setup of occupying 100% of height.

TE-9434 Error generating when deleting Roles

Fixed an issue with Roles wherein an error is generated upon attempting to deleted roles.

TE-8121 Some Security Profiles cannot see Setup>Organization>Role under Menu setup until Override is unchecked/rechecked

Fixed an issue with Menu Setup wherein some Security Profiles were rendered unable to access the Roles page under OBS within Setup, and were only able to gain access once the Override option was cleared and then reselected.

Home Page

TE-8333 Expense report count on Home page does not match the Expense Report List

Fixed an issue with the Home page wherein the number of assigned expense reports, under the My Assigned Items frame, was not correctly corresponding to the actual number indicated in the Expense Report List page on Work List view.

Miscellaneous

TCU-475 Navigation Menu item appears selected when navigating to & from an Icon Bar menu item

Fixed an issue with the navigation wherein selecting a Navigation Menu item, such as Timesheet Manager (under Entries), and then selecting an Icon Bar menu item, such as Setup, without selecting a Navigation Menu item, then clicking Entries also from the Icon Bar, was resulting in the Timesheet Manager being inadvertently selected. The applied resolution ceases the automatic highlighting of a Navigation Menu item without prompting.

TE-6950 Getting kicked out of Tenrox after an error message triggered

Fixed an issue with login wherein after 5-15 minutes of viewing User profiles, an error message is triggered and the logged user is forced out of Tenrox.

Tools

TE-7234 Audit Event is not showing Item Name

Fixed an issue on the Event Detail page (Tools>Audit Trail) wherein the Item Name was missing for the selected event.

TE-6796 Audit Trail timesheet entry, Item name is not displaying assignment information

Fixed an issue with Audit Trail wherein the Item Name information displays blank for a Timesheet Entry when it should contain assignment details.

TE-7047 Misleading Error: Internal Server Error, when importing client with excel sheet and wrong data defined under "Invoice_Tax_Group_Name" field column

Fixed an issue with Importing wherein attempting to import an Excel file with Invoice Tax Group Names, which included a Tax Group that had no match in Tenrox, was generating a misleading error message.

Expense Reports

TE-6943 Expense summary will not refresh all the values

Fixed an issue with Expense Reports wherein viewing the report, through Work view, was not properly reflecting the correct Converted Total value unless the Expense Report is closed and then re-opened.

TE-4311 Expense State Assignment pop-up does not appear after opening & closing an Expense Report

Fixed an issue with Expense Reports wherein the Expense State Assignment pop-up does not appear after opening and closing the Expense Report. The applied resolution has the pop-up appear even without having to refresh the page.

TE-8377 Tax Group field shows in non taxable item

Fixed an issue with Expense Reports wherein a Tax Group was being inadvertently selected for an non-taxable expense item after the expense report was approved.

Integrations

TE-8545 QuickBooks Integration: Vendor Export is duplicating the address field in QB

Fixed an issue with the QuickBooks and Tenrox integration wherein exporting vendors from Tenrox to QuickBooks, the address information is duplicated in QuickBooks.

Purchase

TE-6695 Next/Finish links unavailable in Requisition Order Edit if logged User doesn't have CREATE rights on Purchase Order

Fixed an issue with the Purchase wherein the Next/Finish links on the Purchase Order Edit page ( Entries > Purchase > Purchase List > Purchase Order Edit) were being rendered unavailable when the logged user's security profile is not granted the Create rights for Purchase Orders.

TE-6946 Creator & Originator Expense assignment visible in Purchase & Requisition Workflows

Fixed an issue where the "Originator and Creator" Expense Assignment option was visible in Purchase & Requisition Workflows.
