PSA 2020 R1 - Known Issues and Workarounds (Non-production environments)

This article describes issues that users of PSA (non production environments ONLY) may encounter, as well as their workarounds.

Upland Analytics

Description: A known issue on non-production environments causes an error message to be generated upon attempting to run an Upland Analytics Report wherein the fields’ Hide setting option was previously modified and set to “no”. This change was inadvertently overridden by the Out Of The Box reports script upon upgrading the non-production environments to 2020R1 wherein the Hide setting option for those specific Fields were set to “yes”.

Workaround: To fix the issue on non-production environments, an Upland Analytics Administrator must turn the Hide option off (set to “no”) for the applicable field(s).

Note: This issue will not exist in the production environments.

Example: For the error below, the Site Company Field under the Master Site View must be edited by an Upland Analytics Administrator to turn the Hide option back off (set to “no”).
