Addition of ability to expand or collapse the Client PO Summary section

Description: The Client PO Summary section can now be expanded or collapsed. The amounts within this section are only calculated and shown upon expanding it.

Benefit: With this improvement, users will experience better performance when viewing the Client PO page.

Note: The Client PO Summary section is expanded by default.
