PSA2020 R2.1 - Release Update

Below is a summary of the new Feature and Resolved Issues included in the PSA 2020 R2.1 Release Update.

Feature:

Addition of new Request List Type Filter option (TE-64718)

Description: A new Filter option has been added to the Work Plans allowing you to view the Resource Requests based on a Request List Type. The available options are:

  • Created by me: Filters the Requests based on the those created by the logged user.
  • Assigned to me: Filters the Requests based on the those that are assigned to the logged user.
  • Select all: Filters the Requests based on the those created by the logged user and those that are assigned to the logged user.

  • The Mass Update of Invoices capability, previously located in the General tab of the Invoice Batch is now renamed to Update All Invoices and located on the Invoices tab.

Note: All Invoices included in the Invoice Batch must be in the same State when using Update All invoices.

  • Fixed an issue with Login wherein the Sign me in automatically was not working as expected when trying to access the application using a URL that contained any session information where no active session existed.

  • Fixed an issue with User Security wherein Users with View, Modify, Edit, and Delete access rights to Resource Type and Leave Time, were unable to access Overtime Policy and Leave Time from the Resource Type Edit page (Setup > Organization > Resource Types).
