2020 R2.3 - Release Update

Below is a summary of resolved issues as of PSA 2020 R2.3 Release Update.

Upland Analytics

This version PSA includes the Upland Analytics 2020 R1.3 release. For more information visit the Upland Analytics 2020 R1.3 Release Notes

  • Improved Date Functions - Addition of the ability to Select Specific Dates or Yesterday/Today/Tomorrow
  • Addition of the ability to Hide Label on Scatter Graph
  • Addition of the ability to Edit a Report or Graph/Chart when a Field is missing
  • Addition of Week Formatting for Reports and Graphs/Charts ​
  • Reports Containing Date Fields now export as Dates in Excel

Below is a summary of the main issues that were fixed in this release:

  • You are now able to save a column layout when the Reset column layout when new column is found option is enabled. (412814, 479332)
  • Scrolling in the Edit Filter dialog box has been fixed. (414354)
  • The default column layout setting has been changed to Size Based on Best Fit. (427290)
  • The column heading in downloaded Pivot reports now display correctly. (451240)
  • You are now able to successfully run the Cost Models report. (459507)
  • Custom fields in reports now display in the same order as in the Columns section. (469754)

Note: The Grand Total column, cannot be resized.
549684 TE-68660 Fixed an issue in Financial Planner wherein under certain User Forecast Cost/Billing Rate choices, forecasting data was not being automatically regenerated to reflect a change in the rate.

Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS)

539498 TE-67868 Fixed an issue with User Security wherein a User without the admin right on Invoice was able to modify an Invoice State by accessing it through the Project List.

Project Planner

494827 TE-65577 A warning message is now being displayed upon attempting to modify the duration or the Start/End dates of a Task which has a Budget that will be effected by the change.

Resource Management

Timesheet

541204 TE-68048 Fixed an issue with Timesheet Manager wherein a Project Manager who was also a Users' Approval Manager was unable to see the User's Time Entries within the Assigned Timesheets View if the Partial Rejection option was turned on for the Workflow Assignment Rule.
564849 TE-69563 Fixed an issue with Timesheet Manager wherein a Group Manager was unable to see the User's Timesheet when Prevent Self Approval was turned on for Project Managers.
N/A TE-68500 To comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) the Timesheet Manager Tooltip now shows the sum of all contained Leave Time as a summary row titled Leave Time.
