PSA 2021 R 1.1 - Known Issue(s)

The integration to associate an PSA User to the Upland Analytics Group/Role corresponding to their Security Profile/Group is not working as expected (TE-78557, TE-78181)

Description: The integration to associate an PSA User to the Upland Analytics Group/Role corresponding to their Security Profile/Group is not working as expected.

Workaround: If you add new Upland User(s) or modify existing PSA Security Profile(s), please reach out to your PSA Customer Success Manager to update the corresponding Upland Analytics Group/Role.

Note: This issue was fixed in 2021 R1.2.

Forecast Amounts are not correctly calculated in Upland Analytics upon updating/modifying the user Forecast Billing/Cost Rate(s) (Ticket #: TE-78184)

Description: The values for Hard Booked Forecast Billing Base Curr, Hard Booked Forecast Cost Base Curr, Soft Booked Forecast Billing Base Curr and Soft Booked Forecast Cost Base Curr Upland Analytics Forecast fields which are located within the Project Scheduling, User Scheduling, Task Scheduling, Project Management and Program Management Data Sources are not calculated correctly in Upland Analytics when:

1. The Forecast Rate is modified.

   Example: The Forecast Rate rule is modified from 10$/hour to 20$/hour.

2. The Forecast Rate method is changed.

   Example: Modifying the User Default Forecast Cost/Billing Rate from User Forecast Rate to User Actual Rate (Setup > Financial > System > Defaults)

Forecast Amounts are not converted into Base Currency (Ticket #: TE-77294)

Description: When the Currency of a User's Forecast Cost/Billing Rule differs from Base Currency, the Hard Booked Forecast Billing Base Curr, Hard Booked Forecast Cost Base Curr, Soft Booked Forecast Billing Base Curr and Soft Booked Forecast Cost Base Curr Upland Analytics Forecast fields which are located within the Project Scheduling, User Scheduling, Task Scheduling, Project Management and Program Management Data Sources are not converted to Base Currency in Upland Analytics.
